Elizabeth gained diverse experience working within an outpatient mental health setting with clients with a wide range of mental health disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and substance use disorder. Elizabeth is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at New York University. Elizabeth acquired additional expertise from her time with the Crisis Text Line, volunteering at Planned Parenthood as well as mentoring students entering higher education while struggling with learning disabilities.
Having started her career in the fast-paced fashion and beauty industry Elizabeth is able to better understand and empathize with client’s stressors and concerns. Elizabeth knows from experience how unnerving life changes can be and strives to work with clients to find empowerment and positivity in all ups and downs. Elizabeth hopes to pursue work with young professionals struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, as well as working with LGBTQIA communities.
Elizabeth loves New York and spends her spare time finding the next great restaurant, specifically each borough’s best slice of pizza. Elizabeth prioritizes self-care with her daily workouts and Transcendental Meditation. Elizabeth aims to create a welcoming environment where clients feel both comfortable and secure.
