Group Therapy
Group therapy is an important part of the psychotherapeutic journey. Groups are a space to build a sense of community and be challenged and held accountable by others with a similar experience. Groups provide a confidential space to discuss concerns, fears, and struggles openly. We have found that attending groups in conjunction with individual therapy sessions can help accelerate the healing and self-reflection processes.
