Charlotte Erb, MSWI
Charlotte grew up in Virginia; she currently calls New York City home.
Charlotte has a BA in Anthropology and French from Brandeis University, and is studying to earn her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University.
Charlotte works from a psychodynamic approach to better understand what their thoughts and feelings mean to them. This can include talking about clients’ relationships, experiences and environments, and the ways in which they want to grow.
Charlotte is particularly interested in patterns of thinking and behaving that are passed down across generations and how people can co-construct ways of being in relationship with each other.
Charlotte speaks some French and some Spanish. To restore energy, she like to meditate, take naps, exercise, spend time with people I love, crochet, play music, visit art museums, and go on walks.
Charlotte loves New York City because it encompasses different ways of being and creating. Charlotte gives back to the community via being a pen pal volunteer with Solitary Watch, a volunteer with Vote Forward, and a regular blood donor.
